Software that goes out on the round with you.
Most business software is designed for someone sitting down. This one is designed for someone standing at a gate with a lead in one hand — and it still does the desk work at month end.
- From the doorstep to the owner’s report to the invoice, on one record
- Unlimited clients and pets — you are never charged for growing
- Records with no signal and sends when you reconnect
- Owners get their reports free, and you keep the client relationship
Full access for 30 days · No card · Unlimited clients and pets

Dog walking is four jobs, and most software only does one of them.
You are running a schedule, doing physical work outdoors, reassuring anxious clients, and running a small business’s accounts. Tools exist for each — a calendar, a fitness tracker, a messaging app, a spreadsheet — and none of them know about the others, so you are the integration layer. That is the actual job that eats your evenings.
The same thing, entered four times
The walk is in the diary, in the tracker, in a message and on a spreadsheet row. Four chances to get it wrong.
None of it designed for outdoors
Two-handed interfaces, and everything falls over when the signal does.
And the month has to be rebuilt
Because nothing that recorded the work knew it was going to be billed.

Finish the walk once.
The booking, the walk, the report and the invoice line are the same record at different stages of its life. That is the whole design, and it is why nothing is entered twice.
- Add a client, add their dog, set the service and the pattern
- Today shows the round in order, late work first
- Start the walk from the same card — GPS records it in your pocket
- Finish, and the report goes to the owner with the route and the photos
- At month end, that completed work is already priced and waiting

The details that only matter to someone outdoors.
These are the things that separate software written for this job from software adapted to it.
- Background GPS, so the phone can go in a pocket
- Pause and resume, so the drive between stops is not billed as a walk
- GPS spike filtering, so one bad fix cannot add a kilometre to an invoice
- One-tap events per dog or for the whole group
- Everything writes to the phone first and sends when signal returns
- Emergency contact and vet on the client card, never two taps away

The evening you get back.
The part that is not glamorous and is the reason people move off a spreadsheet in the first place.
- Bulk month-end invoicing across every client with unbilled work
- Sequential numbering, VAT, branded PDFs, your bank details or payment link
- Outstanding, overdue and paid at a glance — and optional, bounded reminders
- Cancellation fees actually collected instead of quietly written off
- Client messaging that is not your personal phone number
- A partner or an employee, with exactly the access you choose
Straight about what it does not do
CorePaw Pro is a dog-walking business tool, not a marketplace: it will not find you clients, and there is no public directory or booking site attached to it. It does not process your clients’ payments, so there are no card checkouts or prepaid packages — and no percentage taken either. See the full list of what it does not do yet.
Questions walkers and sitters actually ask
Who is CorePaw Pro for?
Professional dog walkers, pet sitters, cat sitters and drop-in carers — from a sole trader with eight clients to a couple running a round together or a small team with employees. It is a business tool: your clients, your round, your reports and your invoices. It is not the app your customers use; they use CorePaw, free.
Is there a limit on clients or pets?
No. Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited bookings and unlimited walks on every plan. You pay by how many walkers your business has, never per client or per animal — capping the size of your client book to charge you more would be charging you for growing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on. Thirty days rather than the usual fourteen is deliberate: a walker's value lands twice, once on the first walk report and again at month end when the invoicing run saves an evening. A shorter trial ends before the second one arrives.
What happens when there is no signal?
The walk carries on. Everything you tap is written to your phone first and reported as done, because it is done — the queue empties itself when you come back into range. The one exception is invoicing, which needs a connection and says so, because invoice numbers are issued centrally and in order.
Is CorePaw Pro available on iOS and Android?
It is built for both — one app, released as its own iOS and Android listing. You can download it from the store links on this page.
Does CorePaw take a percentage of what my clients pay me?
No, and it never touches the money. The invoice is a document; your client pays you directly, into your account, by your link. There is no platform cut, no payout schedule and no third party sitting between you and your income.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. CorePaw Pro is a tool you run your business with, not a marketplace that places clients. There is no directory bidding for your customers, no lead fee and no route by which another business is offered your round.
Run one week through it.
A week tells you whether the round is easier. A month tells you whether the invoicing is. Both are inside the trial, deliberately.
