Straight about what it does not do
Dogs and cats are supported. There is no key register, no route planning between houses, and overnight house-sitting is recorded as a run of visits rather than as a stay with its own shape. This is a professional app, separate from the free CorePaw app your clients use.
Questions walkers and sitters actually ask
Does it work for pet sitters as well as dog walkers?
Yes. A job can be a route-tracked walk or a drop-in visit with no route at all, and the app uses the right word for it — a cat has a visit, not a walk. Sitters log feeding, litter, water, medication, photos and notes, and the owner gets the same written report a walk produces.
Can I record a home visit with no route?
Yes. A drop-in is a job in its own right: arrive, log the feed, the litter, the water, the medication, a photo and a note, finish. There is no route to record and nothing pretends there was one.
What happens when there is no signal?
The walk carries on. Everything you tap is written to your phone first and reported as done, because it is done — the queue empties itself when you come back into range. The one exception is invoicing, which needs a connection and says so, because invoice numbers are issued centrally and in order.
What care information can I see about a pet?
Whatever the owner has granted, plus everything you record yourself. Handling notes — recall, off lead, sociability, nervousness — sit with the pet and are visible to any carer the owner has shared it with, because they are safety information. Health details such as allergies and medication are separate, and only appear if the owner has shared them.
