Four dogs did the same walk and had four different mornings.
They shared a route and a duration. They did not share a wee at 11:14, a scuffle at the gate, a limp on the way back, or a refusal to come when called. If your record is one entry for “the 11 o’clock group”, then either every owner gets a report about a walk rather than about their dog, or you write four reports by hand from memory afterwards.

Straight about what it does not do
There is no group-size limit and no warning that you are over one — the app will not police how many dogs you walk, because that is your licensing and your insurance, not our software’s decision. Booking overlap warnings exist and are advisory only. There is no per-dog route separation within a group: they shared one route, and that is what is recorded.
Questions walkers and sitters actually ask
Can I walk several dogs together?
Yes. Pick the dogs at the start and one outing is recorded as one walk for each of them, sharing a group. Each owner gets their own report about their own dog, and each dog keeps its own record even though they walked the same route.
Can I pause a walk?
Yes. Pause when you stop for a chat or drive between two stops, and resume when you set off again. Paused time is not counted in the duration and the paused stretch is not counted in the distance — so a walker who paused and drove two miles does not hand the client a two-mile walk.
How accurate is the distance?
The route is filtered before it is measured. Fixes vaguer than about 30 metres are ignored, and any leg implying an impossible speed is treated as a GPS spike and skipped rather than added — a single bad fix in an urban canyon can otherwise add a kilometre to a walk that ends up on an invoice. Where the route is too sparse to judge, the walk says so rather than quoting a confident wrong number.
What is included in an owner report?
A written summary generated from the events you actually logged, plus the route map and the photos. Water breaks, toilet, treats, feeding, medication, behaviour, injury and sickness all appear where they were recorded and the owner permitted them. Absences are phrased as absences — "no health concerns were logged" rather than "no signs of illness" — because nobody examined the dog.
Can I create monthly invoices?
Yes. At month end, run the whole book at once: every client with unbilled completed work gets an invoice built from that work, with the walks and visits as line items. You are not rebuilding the month from a calendar and a group chat.
