Two of you, one round, and no more “did you do Bella?”
The commonest pet-care team is not a company — it is two people swapping which dogs each takes, day to day, from the same client book. CorePaw Pro is built for that shape first, not as a cut-down version of enterprise team software.
- One shared client book, both of you fully in it
- Either of you can work any job
- Every walk records who actually did it
- One invoice history, one set of numbering, one business
Full access for 30 days · No card · Unlimited clients and pets

Two phones, two memories, one business.
Between you, you know everything. Individually, neither of you knows all of it. The gate code is on one phone, the client’s message about Thursday is on the other, and the answer to “has anyone told them about the vet appointment?” is usually a phone call in the middle of someone else’s round.
Split across two phones
Client messages arrive on whichever number they happen to have.
Doubled or dropped
Two people answering the same client, or both assuming the other did.
And the money is joint
One invoice sequence, one bank account, two people doing the work.
A partner is not a restricted employee.
A partner gets full access, because that is what a partnership is. There are no permission tiers to configure between you and no hierarchy to invent.
- The same clients, the same schedule, the same invoices
- Either of you can record a walk against any booking
- Client message threads shared, with per-person read state — you can see it was already answered
- One business record: one logo, one numbering sequence, one set of prices
- Everything already hangs off the business, so adding a partner changes a setting rather than your data

Shared does not mean anonymous.
Sharing everything is right for a partnership. Not knowing who did what is not — the owner’s report should name the person who walked the dog, and you should be able to answer “who did Tuesday?” from your own records.
- “Jo walked Bella today” on the owner’s report
- Every walk, visit and event stamped with who performed it
- Your own history answers who did what and when
- The database refuses an entry claiming to be the other person’s work

Swapping dogs is a tap, not a conversation.
- Assign a booking to either of you, from a doorstep
- Today shows each of you the round you are actually doing
- Overlap warnings when a change collides with something already booked
- Recurring patterns that keep their assignment
- Pet records, care notes and access instructions in one place both of you read
- Owner permissions still apply to the business — sharing between you never widens what the owner granted
Straight about what it does not do
A partnership of two is covered by the Team plan, which allows up to four walkers — so taking on a third does not change the bill. There is no split of earnings by person, no payroll, and no availability or holiday planning: you can see who did what, but the app will not divide the money for you.
Questions walkers and sitters actually ask
Can a team use it?
Yes. A business can have full-access partners and restricted employees. An employee sees only the jobs assigned to them and only the clients they have a booking for, and can be kept out of invoices and prices entirely. Those limits are enforced in the database, not hidden in the app.
Can I assign work to staff?
Yes. Any booking can be assigned to a member of your business, and a restricted employee sees only what is assigned to them. Every walk also records who actually did it, so the owner's report can name them and you can answer "who did Tuesday?" from your own data.
Can I message clients in the app?
Yes — one thread per client, with photos. It stays attached to the business rather than to whichever phone number answered, so taking on a partner does not mean forwarding two years of texts, and either of you can pick up a conversation and see it was answered.
Where are permissions actually enforced?
In the database, in row-level security, on every read and write — not in the app's screens. That distinction matters: a rule enforced only in the interface is a rule that stops working the moment anything else asks the same question.
Is there a limit on clients or pets?
No. Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited bookings and unlimited walks on every plan. You pay by how many walkers your business has, never per client or per animal — capping the size of your client book to charge you more would be charging you for growing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on. Thirty days rather than the usual fourteen is deliberate: a walker's value lands twice, once on the first walk report and again at month end when the invoicing run saves an evening. A shorter trial ends before the second one arrives.
Both of you, one week.
Swap a couple of jobs, look at whose name is on the reports, and see whether the phone calls stop.
