For cat sitters

Nobody sees you arrive. The record is the only witness.

Cat sitting is the least visible work in pet care and the most dependent on what you report. CorePaw Pro records the visit as it happens and turns it into something the owner can read from a beach, at eleven at night, and stop worrying.

  • Visits, not walks — and never an off-lead question about a cat
  • Fed, water, litter, medication, photo, note — one tap each
  • Times stamped as they happen, not typed up later
  • A written report every visit, with delivery status

a finished cat visit — 26 minutes for Sarah Whitfield, the wee, water and poo logged with times, and the sitter's own note
The problem

The cat is under the bed and the client is in Spain.

You did everything right: fed her, changed the water, sorted the tray, checked the doors. You never saw her, because she is a cat and you are not her person. There is no route to show, no photo of a joyful animal, and no evidence of anything — unless something recorded what you did while you were doing it.

The cat that never appears

And an honest report that says so, with what was eaten since yesterday.

Proof you came

A timestamp and a photo answer the question a polite client will not ask.

And the medical ones

Insulin at set hours, tablets in food. Recording it properly protects both of you.

every pet the business looks after, grouped by owner, each showing its handling flags at a glance
Built for cats

The app reads the species and changes shape.

  • Cat records ask how she is with other cats, not other dogs
  • No recall, no off-lead permission, no lead at all
  • The toilet tracker is a litter tray
  • Jobs are called visits, everywhere — screen, report and invoice line
  • A household with a cat and a dog gets the right questions for each
a finished walk showing the owner's report was sent, with a “Send it again” button — and “Nothing was logged on this one” stated plainly
The visit

Recorded while you are standing in the kitchen.

  • Fed, and how much, against the instructions on the card
  • Water changed, litter emptied
  • Medication given, where the owner consented and shared the plan
  • A photo, even of a cat asleep behind the sofa
  • A note in your words for what a checklist cannot hold
  • Works with no signal — thick walls and rural lanes included
The fortnight

Twenty-two visits, scheduled once and billed once.

  • Twice-daily visits across a run of dates
  • Booking requests from the owner before they go
  • A cancellation fee if a trip is called off inside your notice period
  • Messaging so an anxious owner abroad can ask and get an answer
  • The whole run invoiced in one go, with any extras added as lines

Straight about what it does not do

Dogs and cats are supported; rabbits, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish are not modelled yet. There is no key register, no client portal and no in-app card payment — your client pays you directly and no percentage is taken.

FAQ

Questions walkers and sitters actually ask

Can I manage dogs and cats?

Yes, and the app changes shape for each. A dog gets the walking questions — recall, off lead, sociability with other dogs. A cat gets the questions that actually matter for a drop-in, and is never asked whether she can be let off the lead.

Can I record a home visit with no route?

Yes. A drop-in is a job in its own right: arrive, log the feed, the litter, the water, the medication, a photo and a note, finish. There is no route to record and nothing pretends there was one.

Does it work for pet sitters as well as dog walkers?

Yes. A job can be a route-tracked walk or a drop-in visit with no route at all, and the app uses the right word for it — a cat has a visit, not a walk. Sitters log feeding, litter, water, medication, photos and notes, and the owner gets the same written report a walk produces.

What care information can I see about a pet?

Whatever the owner has granted, plus everything you record yourself. Handling notes — recall, off lead, sociability, nervousness — sit with the pet and are visible to any carer the owner has shared it with, because they are safety information. Health details such as allergies and medication are separate, and only appear if the owner has shared them.

Can bookings repeat?

Yes. Most of a round is "Bella, every Tuesday and Thursday", so recurring bookings are there from the start rather than bolted on. Day and week views show what is coming, and Today lists the round in the order you will do it.

Can a failed report be resent?

Yes. Every report carries its delivery state — sent, failed, or no email address on file — and a resend button. That matters more than it sounds: a report that silently never sent is indistinguishable from one that arrived, and a walker should never find out from the client.

Send one proper visit report.

To the client currently getting a text at the end of the day, if you remember. That comparison is the whole pitch.
