The message an owner abroad is actually waiting for.
A report built from what you logged on the visit — fed, watered, litter, medication, how she was — with your photos, sent when you finish. Not typed six times at the end of a round.
- Generated from the events you recorded, and nothing else
- Photos from that visit, attached to that visit
- Never a diagnosis, a reassurance or a health judgement
- Delivery status, and a resend button when one fails
Full access for 30 days · No card · Unlimited clients and pets

The owner cannot see the visit. The report is the service.
For a dog walk there is a happy dog at the door as evidence. For a drop-in there is nothing — the owner is away, the house looks the same, and the cat may not have been visible even to you. Everything they are paying for reaches them through what you tell them, which makes the end-of-visit message the most important two minutes of the job and the first thing to get skipped when you are running late.
Silence reads as neglect
Even when the visit was perfect. Especially at 11pm in another time zone.
Or it reads as a template
“All fine 👍” from a professional charging professional rates does not land well.
And you never know it arrived
Until they say, politely, that they did not hear from you on Thursday.
Specific, because it is built from a record.
It narrates what you logged: what time you arrived, how long you stayed, what was fed, what was cleaned, what was given and anything you noted.
- Arrival and finish times, from when you actually tapped
- Feeding, water, litter and toilet as recorded
- Medication given, where the owner has consented
- Behaviour, injury and sickness where you logged them
- Your own note, in your own words, kept as you wrote it
- The photos you took while you were there

It describes. It never decides.
The wording is generated and it is fenced in hard, because the consequences land on a real animal and on your professional standing.
- Only what was logged. Never a claim about something nobody checked.
- Absences phrased as absences. “No health concerns were logged” — not “she seemed fine”, which is a judgement you may not want quoted back.
- Never a health call. No diagnosis, no advice, no reassurance about a symptom.
- Anything worrying is stated plainly, not softened. The owner decides what it means.
- If the wording engine is unavailable the report still sends, written plainly from the same facts.

You find out if it failed — not the client.
- Sent, failed, or no email address on file, recorded on the visit
- The addresses it actually reached, for when someone says it never arrived
- Failed reports retried automatically, and resendable by hand
- Never delivered twice by accident
- Owners can also read it in CorePaw, free, alongside their pet’s own record
Straight about what it does not do
There are no video reports and no voice-note transcription. There is no editor for rewriting the generated prose before it sends — what you control is the record it is built from, which is the point. Owners who will not install anything receive the report by email.

Questions walkers and sitters actually ask
What is included in an owner report?
A written summary generated from the events you actually logged, plus the route map and the photos. Water breaks, toilet, treats, feeding, medication, behaviour, injury and sickness all appear where they were recorded and the owner permitted them. Absences are phrased as absences — "no health concerns were logged" rather than "no signs of illness" — because nobody examined the dog.
Is the report written by AI?
The wording is, from the facts you logged and nothing else. The model is given counts and timestamps, never a photo and never room to speculate; it may not diagnose, reassure or make any health judgement, and output that breaks those rules is discarded. If the model is unavailable the report still sends, written plainly from the same facts — a plainer report is far better than a missing one.
Can a failed report be resent?
Yes. Every report carries its delivery state — sent, failed, or no email address on file — and a resend button. That matters more than it sounds: a report that silently never sent is indistinguishable from one that arrived, and a walker should never find out from the client.
Do owners have to pay for CorePaw?
No. Reports, photos, route maps, pickup and drop-off notifications, messaging you and requesting a booking are free for owners, permanently. Nothing your business depends on ever sits behind the owner's paywall — if an owner could not book a walk because they would not pay a subscription, you would lose the booking, and you are the customer.
Does the owner need this app too?
No. Owners use CorePaw, the free owner-facing app, and everything about you appears there only once they have a walker. There is no second business app for them to install, and no download is needed for them to be your client.

The reaction to the first proper visit report is usually the moment they start recommending you.
