Pet care business software

The business half of pet care, joined to the work half.

Most pet-care businesses run on four tools that do not know about each other. This is one system where the booking, the job, the owner update and the invoice line are the same record at different stages.

  • Clients, scheduling, jobs, reports, messaging and invoicing in one place
  • Unlimited clients and pets — priced by walker, not by customer
  • No percentage taken from what your clients pay you
  • Your clients stay yours: no marketplace, no directory, no lead fees

The problem

You are the integration between four apps.

The calendar does not know what the tracker recorded. The tracker does not know what you charge. The messaging app does not know either. The spreadsheet knows what you charge and nothing about whether the work happened. Every gap between them is filled by you, from memory, usually in the evening — and that unpaid admin is the real cost of running this way.

Nothing connects

The same job is entered in four places, four times, with four chances to differ.

It all happens later

Which means it happens from memory, which means it is less accurate than it looks.

And it does not scale

The admin grows faster than the client book, which is why walkers stop taking clients on.

the history of finished work, filterable by medication, sickness, injury, behaviour and notes
One record

Booking → job → report → invoice line.

The same record moves through its own life. That is the whole architecture, and it is why nothing gets entered twice and nothing quietly goes unbilled.

  • A booking carries its service, its price and who it is assigned to
  • Doing the job records the route, the events and the photos against it
  • Finishing sends the owner their report automatically
  • The completed work lands on the unbilled screen, already priced
  • Even a job done off the schedule is caught and flagged as needing a price
the walkers screen — a partner who sees and does everything, the owner, and an employee limited to their own jobs
The business record

Set your business up once.

  • Business name, logo, address and contact details
  • Your own service list and prices
  • Invoice prefix, next number, payment terms and footer
  • VAT number and rate, and UTR, shown only when filled in
  • Bank details, PayPal, or a payment link from your own provider
  • Your currency, from 27 supported ones
  • Your cancellation notice period and fee
the invoice list filtered by state — draft, sent, overdue and paid
What we do not take

A tool, not a middleman.

Three refusals that affect your business directly, stated plainly because they are the sort of thing that changes quietly once a platform gets big.

  • No percentage of your income. Your client pays you directly, into your account or through your own link.
  • No marketplace. The moment a platform places clients, it competes with its own customers for the relationship.
  • No charging your clients. Owners receive reports, messages and booking requests free, permanently.
  • And your invoices remain yours if you leave.

Straight about what it does not do

This is not accounting software: no expense tracking, no mileage, no profit reports, and no Xero or QuickBooks integration. It is not staff administration either — no payroll, timesheets or holiday management. And it will not find you clients. See the full list of what is not built.

FAQ

Questions walkers and sitters actually ask

Who is CorePaw Pro for?

Professional dog walkers, pet sitters, cat sitters and drop-in carers — from a sole trader with eight clients to a couple running a round together or a small team with employees. It is a business tool: your clients, your round, your reports and your invoices. It is not the app your customers use; they use CorePaw, free.

Is there a limit on clients or pets?

No. Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited bookings and unlimited walks on every plan. You pay by how many walkers your business has, never per client or per animal — capping the size of your client book to charge you more would be charging you for growing.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. CorePaw Pro is a tool you run your business with, not a marketplace that places clients. There is no directory bidding for your customers, no lead fee and no route by which another business is offered your round.

Does CorePaw take a percentage of what my clients pay me?

No, and it never touches the money. The invoice is a document; your client pays you directly, into your account, by your link. There is no platform cut, no payout schedule and no third party sitting between you and your income.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Your business, clients, bookings, walks and invoices are not deleted. Owners keep every walk and report in CorePaw regardless, because that history is theirs. If you decide to leave entirely, you can delete your account and its data outright.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on. Thirty days rather than the usual fourteen is deliberate: a walker's value lands twice, once on the first walk report and again at month end when the invoicing run saves an evening. A shorter trial ends before the second one arrives.

Stop being the integration layer.

Run one week and one month end through it, and see what stops needing you.
