Three decisions worth explaining.
Walkers, not clients
Charging by the size of your client book would mean paying more for succeeding, and would make you think twice before taking on a household with three dogs. Another walker, on the other hand, genuinely costs more to run: another phone syncing routes and photos all day. So that is what the price follows — in bands, so you know what you pay before you hire rather than watching a meter.
A trial long enough to reach month end
The value of this app lands twice — once on your first walk report, and again at month end when the invoicing run saves you an evening. A fourteen-day trial ends before the second one arrives, so 30 days is the length that lets you judge it properly.
We are a document generator, not a payment processor
Your client pays you directly, into your account or through your own payment link. That means no percentage, no payout schedule, no chargeback queue and nobody between you and your money. It also means we cannot chase a payment on your behalf beyond emailing a reminder — which is the honest trade.
Pricing questions
Which plan do I need, and what if I go over it?
Plans are bands, not a per-head meter: Solo covers one walker, Team covers up to four, Business covers up to ten — including you. Every plan has every feature and unlimited clients and pets. If you add a walker beyond your band nothing switches off and nobody stops working; the app tells you the billing needs putting right. Above ten walkers there is no plan yet, so talk to us rather than guessing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on. Thirty days rather than the usual fourteen is deliberate: a walker's value lands twice, once on the first walk report and again at month end when the invoicing run saves an evening. A shorter trial ends before the second one arrives.
Is a card required to start?
No. No card, and nothing is crippled during the trial — a feature-limited version would tell you nothing about whether the app suits your round.
Is there a limit on clients or pets?
No. Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited bookings and unlimited walks on every plan. You pay by how many walkers your business has, never per client or per animal — capping the size of your client book to charge you more would be charging you for growing.
Do owners have to pay for CorePaw?
No. Reports, photos, route maps, pickup and drop-off notifications, messaging you and requesting a booking are free for owners, permanently. Nothing your business depends on ever sits behind the owner's paywall — if an owner could not book a walk because they would not pay a subscription, you would lose the booking, and you are the customer.
Does CorePaw take a percentage of what my clients pay me?
No, and it never touches the money. The invoice is a document; your client pays you directly, into your account, by your link. There is no platform cut, no payout schedule and no third party sitting between you and your income.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your business, clients, bookings, walks and invoices are not deleted. Owners keep every walk and report in CorePaw regardless, because that history is theirs. If you decide to leave entirely, you can delete your account and its data outright.
How is CorePaw Pro billed?
Through in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play, so it is one tap against a card you already have on file and there is no card form on this website. The subscription belongs to the business, not to whichever phone bought it — a second walker on your business does not need their own.
Is there a permanent free tier?
No, and that is deliberate. CorePaw Pro is the app you run your livelihood from, and free business software tends to be built for the people who will never pay for it. Instead the trial is genuinely complete: 30 days with nothing crippled, because a hobbled version tells you nothing about whether it suits your round.
What counts as a walker seat?
A person in your business with their own login who works jobs — you, your partner, an employee, including you. Solo covers 1, Team covers 4 and Business covers 10. Clients, pets, bookings, walks and invoices are unlimited on all three.
Do owners pay anything?
No. Owners receive your reports, photos, route maps and notifications, message you and request bookings through CorePaw, free and permanently. Nothing your business depends on ever sits behind their paywall.
