For solo dog walkers

You are the walker, the office and the accounts department.

Which means every hour of admin comes out of your evening rather than someone else’s job description. CorePaw Pro is built to take back the two that repeat: the end-of-round messages and the end-of-month invoicing.

  • Reports that send themselves when you finish a walk
  • Month end in one invoice run, not one evening
  • Unlimited clients — you are never charged for growing
  • No team features cluttering a one-person business

Full access for 30 days · No card · Unlimited clients and pets

the Today screen — three unanswered walk requests, a walk already running, three items waiting to send, one job running late, and the next pickup
The problem

The ceiling is not how many dogs you can walk.

You could take more clients. What stops you is that every extra client is another set of end-of-day messages, another line to count at month end, another invoice to type, another payment to chase. The walking scales fine. The admin does not, and it is unpaid, and it happens after a nine-hour day outdoors.

Two hours you do not bill

Six messages a night, one long evening a month, and the chasing in between.

Nobody to cover

No colleague to pick up the round, and no shared record if someone had to.

And no one to check your work

A missed invoice or a report that never sent goes unnoticed until a client mentions it.

a finished walk — 1 hour 1 minute and 6.20 km for Grace Adeyemi, recorded by Tony, with the route drawn and a note that paused stretches are not included
Less admin

The evening messages stop being a job.

The report is produced from what you logged during the walk, sent when you finish, with the route and the photos. That is the two hours.

  • One report per dog, sent automatically at the end of the job
  • Collection and home-safe notifications already sent while you walked
  • Delivery status, so a failure is yours to spot rather than a client’s to mention
  • Client messages in one place instead of your personal WhatsApp
  • Broadcast for “snow tomorrow” instead of thirty copy-pastes
the invoices screen — outstanding, overdue and draft totals, £702 of unbilled work, and buttons to invoice a month or invoice something else
Month end

One run, and the arithmetic is already done.

  • Every completed walk already priced and waiting
  • Bulk invoice run across every client with unbilled work
  • Sequential numbering, VAT if you are registered, your bank details or link
  • Late cancellations actually charged, because they were recorded at the time
  • Ad-hoc walks caught and flagged rather than quietly unbilled
  • Outstanding and overdue on one screen, and optional reminders that stop after three
one client's history — every walk done for their dog, with distance, duration and who recorded it
Nothing in the way

A business of one is a first-class case, not a stripped-down team.

Everything hangs off the business rather than a person, which means the team machinery exists and is invisible to you until you want it.

  • The team screen says “just you” and the assignment picker does not render
  • No approvals, no roles to configure, no seats to manage
  • Unlimited clients and pets — the price does not move when you take one on
  • And if you do add a partner or cover later, nothing has to be migrated

Straight about what it does not do

It will not find you clients, do your accounts, track your mileage or manage your holiday. It will not chase a payment beyond emailing a reminder, because it never touches your money. What it does is the record-keeping that turns work you already did into an owner update and an invoice.

FAQ

Questions walkers and sitters actually ask

Can a solo walker use it?

Yes, and nothing about a team is in the way. With one walker the members screen says "just you" and the assignment picker on a booking does not render at all. Everything is scoped to your business from day one, so adding a partner later is a setting rather than a migration.

Is there a limit on clients or pets?

No. Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited bookings and unlimited walks on every plan. You pay by how many walkers your business has, never per client or per animal — capping the size of your client book to charge you more would be charging you for growing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on. Thirty days rather than the usual fourteen is deliberate: a walker's value lands twice, once on the first walk report and again at month end when the invoicing run saves an evening. A shorter trial ends before the second one arrives.

Is a card required to start?

No. No card, and nothing is crippled during the trial — a feature-limited version would tell you nothing about whether the app suits your round.

What happens when there is no signal?

The walk carries on. Everything you tap is written to your phone first and reported as done, because it is done — the queue empties itself when you come back into range. The one exception is invoicing, which needs a connection and says so, because invoice numbers are issued centrally and in order.

Can I create monthly invoices?

Yes. At month end, run the whole book at once: every client with unbilled completed work gets an invoice built from that work, with the walks and visits as line items. You are not rebuilding the month from a calendar and a group chat.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Your business, clients, bookings, walks and invoices are not deleted. Owners keep every walk and report in CorePaw regardless, because that history is theirs. If you decide to leave entirely, you can delete your account and its data outright.

Get one evening a month back, then decide.

That is the honest test, and it is why the trial runs long enough to reach a month end.
